The iHealth wall panels are constructed from Canadian Hemlock Spruce Timber, which is hypoallergenic and resin free. These panels are joined with a unique finger joining method which provides superior strength and durability (see below). The sauna cabins are 60kg to 80kg heavier than other cheaply constructed sauna models on the market today.
iHealth saunas feature a well constructed, heavy duty cabin base, designed to support a heavy load without the flexing and bowing that can occur in the cheaper saunas.
iHealth saunas also feature several supporting timber legs that raise the sauna cabins off the ground, allowing free flow of air under the sauna. This also eliminates moisture retention under the sauna in the event that the sauna is located externally and there is water or moisture build up on the ground.
Most of the cheap less expensive saunas cabins on the market are manufactured from 30ml timber without using the finger joining method. These saunas also generally sit flat on the ground.
