IHealth Saunas

Hi,

I'd like to tell every one what a great product the iHealth sauna is .
My partner and I purchased our iHealth sauna four years ago and fondly named it the "Tardis". Initially hungry for the wonderful benefits the sauna has, used it together every day!

Four years have past and I still use the sauna three times a week ( in between "drop ins" that love a lend! ) The sauna is made of top quality materials and I have recently relocated address, and the sauna was dismantled, carted, and re-erected in my new residence in less than a half a day for a small worthwhile fee. The sauna is still 'as new' and has worked from day one faultlessly.
The iHealth sauna unit is compact and attractive in design inside and out, easy to clean with little maintenance, and easily incorporated inside the home. It uses very little power and besides using the sauna for the health giving benefits, I have been caught out many a cold morning, using it as a private heated change room!, as well as a little retreat to unwind, thaw out, meditate, read a good book or savoured magazine, listen to the radio or some favourite  music. Also I have played audio books, and meditation, prayer and relaxation music, and done the odd crossword.
It is bliss to hide away in my personal iHealth sauna and feel the aches and pains slide away.
It is clean and comfy and the air irondiser, and aromatherapy fittings are a valued bonus. I have enjoyed delving in the science of colour therapy, which added to the fun.
I wouldn't use a traditional sweat box sauna as I found my experience of them to be unhygienic, steamy, smelly and claustrophobic, lacking any other form of relaxation, - inclusive.
My sauna has so far out lived our electric fry pan, DVD player and a laptop computer, as well as a massage chair!! This little beauty is a wise economic choice, as far as health management, and relaxation are concerned and made to give the owner years of relief and pleasure.
Initially the unit was bought mainly for health therapy reasons, - arthritis, vitamin D deficiency and fluid retention, muscular aches and joint pain all of which it has given beneficial relief, but I must add, that you don't have to have a health complaint as a reason to by this little box of bliss. What a great product and reputable company to boot!
